DESCRIPTION: Attractively intense; very fruity and aromatic, with hints of jasmine and ripe Golden apples. Very well-balanced and elegant, definitely medium sweet with hints of honey.

ALLERGENS: Contains Sulphites

PAIRING: Prosecco ICE can be served with desserts, as long as on the rocks, in a large stem glass, to highlight the intense aromatic fragrance, and in combination with zest or lime to intensify its delicious freshness.

PAIRING WITH OUR LOCAL FOODS: Because of our penchant for sweet based beverages, we tried this for a Saturday brunch with Kenkey, fried snappers, tuna, salmon and chili sauce with avocado, and it worked a treat. Pair also with Tilapia, Jollof for other opposite pairing delights, and with our desserts such as Bofrot and ice cream, Poloo and Ku-be cake.
