PAIRING: Excellent as dessert wine it matches perfectly with jam tarts fruit salads and pastry. Also delicious with ice cream, or just on its own as an accompaniment to conversation among friends.
PAIRING WITH OUR LOCAL FOODS: We tried this for a Saturday brunch with Kenkey & Fish and it worked a treat as opposite pairing. Pair also with our desserts such as Bofrot and ice cream, Poloo and Ku-be cake, and it is delicious just as a cooldown drink under our sunny skies.

Fermentation is allowed to progress until the wine has obtained 7% alcohol. Then the grape’s natural sugar content is preserved by refrigeration in order to give the wine its unique sweet and aromatic characteristics.
