DESCRIPTION: The style intended is a juicy, ripe Shiraz with an abundance of fruit and silky tannins. The nose shows the typical characteristics of ripe Shiraz, i.e. cherry sweetness and black cassis. The palate is soft and juicy, with some sweetness and very soft grape tannins.
