DESCRIPTION: Intense and deep ruby colour. Complex nose of red fruits and persistent lactic notes. A full attack, a nice balance between fine tannins and a nice structure that gives this wine a pleasant length.

PAIRING: This wine will perfectly match a roast duck, roast chicken, pork tenderloin or cheeses such as Morbier, Gouda or goat cheese.
PAIRING WITH OUR LOCAL FOODS: We had this with KpoiKpoi and Palmnut soup during the Ga festival Homowo, and it worked a treat. Wine and food were in perfect harmony. Try it also with Nkate-bɛ and fufu, Akplɛ and with Fetri-Detsi.
