DESCRIPTION: To the eye, a deep garnet red. Still a little discreet with a pretty woody nose, fresh red fruits, tobacco. Round and supple, evolving with a pretty floral base. The tannins are velvety on the palate, very fine and sufficiently dense.

PAIRING: Ideal with braised duck breast or with a cheese platter.
PAIRING WITH OUR LOCAL FOODS: We recommend this wine with Peppered crabs with Millet banku or Apapransa, with Fante Fante (cassava fish in a palm-oil tomatoe based stew with Fante Kenkey) and several tomatoe based meals.
