DESCRIPTION: Pink with slight violet tones. Intense aromas of bramble, strawberry and redcurrant with a hint of pepper. Fresh palette with refreshing bright red fruit and peppery character. Apparently dry, with attractive fruit-sweetness.

ALLERGENS: Contains Sulphites

PAIRING: To be drunk by itself or with range of dishes, including ones that are made with oriental spices

PAIRING WITH OUR LOCAL FOODS: This is a non-sweet rosé that works a treat with grilled prawns, cassava fish, pork, lamb skewers and paired with Jollof, Yam, fried rice, sweet potatoe with a mixed grill on a skewer.

The Cinsault grapes were picked at optimum aromatic ripeness then pressed to avoid colour extraction and only then the clear juice was racked. The juice was cold fermented and the wine remained on lees 3 months before being prepared for bottling.
