DESCRIPTION: Viogniers are often over-oaked. We wanted our wine to display the floral, exotic of this grape and it was crucial that it would be a great accompaniment to food. The wine has freshness and goes with its delightful mango and apricot flavours. The wine saw no oak. A truly classy example of this variety.

ALLERGENS: Contains Sulphites

PAIRING: Great with oriental food, by itself or with all fish.

PAIRING WITH OUR LOCAL FOODS: Serve this Viognier well chilled and accompanied with grilled or fried Tilapia with Banku and green chili pepper sauce, fried yam sticks with spicy pork chops, prawns and our crab delights.
