    DESCRIPTION: This deep red coloured Cabernet Sauvignon with its prominent mulberry and cedar nose, carries through to a plummy, cherry and blackcurrant palate.

    PAIRING: Enjoy this fantastic wine with seared fillet of beef or with oxtail potjie.

     

    PAIRING WITH OUR LOCAL FOODS: We tried this bold and well-structured Cabernet Sauvignon with several of our cuisine such as Ayoyo soup with Beef stew and Eba, it will also work a treat with the seasonal dish Kpoikpoi with palmnut soup.
