VINTAGE: 2018
ALCOHOL: 12.5%
BOTTLE SIZE: 75CL
COUNTRY: FRANCE
REGION: BOURGOGNE (BURGUNDY)
GRAPE TYPE: CHARDONNAY 100%
COLOUR: LIGHT GOLD
DESCRIPTION: Clear appearance. On the nose, the wine shows aromas of almonds and flint, developing fruity and floral notes. The combination of fat and the freshness brought by the acidity make this an elegant wine. It is a very pleasant wine with nice length on the palate.
ALLERGENS: Contains Sulphites
PAIRING: It pairs well with fish and seafood platters, warm oysters with a sabayon of Chablis for example, white meat (young rabbit in aspic) and fresh cheeses (goat and sheep). This Chablis will unleash its fruit and aromas when served at the ideal temperature of 10°C.
PAIRING WITH OUR LOCAL FOODS: Traditionally, Chablis is dry and has a high level of acidity, when served chilled under our hot climate, it pairs well with fish dishes cooked in our clay-like pots with vegetables, grilled Tilapia, our oysters (adode) and snails.

A word from Olivier Tricon: “Once my wine is bottled, I have nothing more to say, I prefer to let the wine speak for itself and to share it with you.”Domaine de Vauroux's vineyards are located around the village of Chablis. The clay-limestone soil, rich in Kimmeridgian, gives the wine true Chablis characteristics.
