COLOUR: Pale, bright straw yellow in colour. The mousse is white, fine, with a very subtle perlage.

 

DESCRIPTION: Pleasantly intense, fruity and aromatic on the nose with distinct aromas of wisteria flowers and rennet apple. Due to its particular wine-making process, it is always very fresh and vivacious on the palate. The typical almond-like note of the Glera grape stands out among others. No exceptional occasions are required to uncork a bottle of Cuvée 1821

PAIRING: An excellent aperitif, it can also be served throughout the meal – including dessert – as long as the dishes are not too strongly flavoured.
