To the nose, intense fruity and mineral aromas that reveal, when agitated, notes of flowers and white fruits. And on the palate, the Pinot Noir is present and gives a good structure to the Champagne. It is a complex, fine and elegant wine. A fresh finish with delicate notes of lime.

PAIRING: Charles VII Brut proves to be the ideal companion for the aperitif. But it will also be a good accompaniment to: A duet of scallops, Scampi, and a veal medallion with vegetables
PAIRING WITH OUR LOCAL FOODS: We recommend this complex and elegant champagne with our delicacies of seafood platter, lobsters with our green chili sauce, octopus , guinea fowl delights, and Pork Chops with friends for a lay Sunday brunch.
