DESCRIPTION: The typical fruity aroma with notes of apricot and peach and a smooth aftertaste: deep profile with good structure and long-lasting finish. An important white wine medium-long ageing.

The production of Lugana DOC Superiore Cà Vaibò has 80-90 quintals of grapes per Hectare. They have a short drying period of selected grapes followed by light pressing. Part of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation at controlled temperature in steel and the other part ages for 12 months in French oak barrels. Maturation for a further 4-5 months in bottle.
