The Cabernet Sauvignon vines average 20 years old and thrive on the decomposed high mineral granite Oakleaf with sub–dominant Grenrosa and Tukulu soil formations on the mountain. The grapes are hand-selected from single vineyards growing at varying altitudes where the vineyards enjoy a cool, moist climate and are warmed by the African sun to enhance acidity and optimal ripening.
