DESCRIPTION: Concentrated blackberry character on this unwooded and medium
bodied wine. On the nose, a pleasantly sweet bouquet. Undeveloped tannins gradually emerge on the palate, soft to start but then gripping to hold on to a moderate length.

PAIRING: The gentle tannin structure makes for a comfortable pairing with grilled or roasted red meat dishes or hard cheeses.
