The perfect wine to complement baked desserts, dried biscuits or fruit tarts.
Fermentation is allowed to progress until the wine has obtained 7% alcohol. Then the grape’s natural sugar content is preserved by refrigeration in order to give the wine its unique sweet and aromatic characteristics.
COLOUR: Straw-yellow with golden reflections and a delicate mousse.
BOUQUET: Fruity and very inviting, with intense scents of peaches and exotic fruit.
FLAVOUR: Fresh and pleasantly sweet with a taste that reveals its varietal characteristic.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Serve at around 6° C. (43° F.).
FOOD MATCHES: Excellent as dessert wine it matches perfectly with jam tarts fruit salads and pastry. Also delicious with ice cream, or just on its own as an accompaniment to conversation among friends.
